Baby Yoga Online Course
Baby Yoga is a wonderful mix of Yoga for your Baby and Yoga for new mums and postnatal people to aid recovery. Baby Yoga gently stretches and tones the body, helping you regain your strength and posture whilst boosting baby’s muscle tone and development. This course is aimed at babies 12 weeks to pre walking. We focus primarily on baby during this course, however parents will be encouraged to practice gentle yoga inspired poses with their baby and use breathing techniques to aid relaxation. The postures and positions used in Baby Yoga help to: Provide flexibility Provide beneficial stretching Relieve colicky pains and wind Improve muscle tone Improve balance and coordination Promote body awareness Promote tummy time Promote relaxation and wellbeing.
