If you are a postnatal care clients, then we may collect medical information, weights and measurements & GP contact details.

You may provide the data we collect when booking a service, appointment or class through our website or in person. 
You may provide the data when you make a purchase in our website shop. 
You may provide the data when you make an enquiry via email, the website or in person 
You may provide your data through interacting with our social media pages 
You may provide the data when you subscribe to newsletters and updates through the  website 
Data we collect will be reviewed annually. If you have not used our services or visited our  websites in that time, your data will be permanently removed.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR DATA?

Our company collects your data so we can: 

To carry out my obligations from any contracts entered into between you and our practitioners and to provide you with the information, products and services that you request from us.

PLEASE NOTE when purchasing a Tiddley Pom Baby Spa product, we share your name and address with Tiddley Pom Baby Spa so they can fulfil your order.
To contact you if regarding your booking, appointment, purchase or if you have interacted with our site in some way, for instance if you have contacted us through our website chat function or contact form 
To enable you to subscribe to our Services, newsletter or publications  To tell you about changes to our Services 
Email you with special offers, products or services which we feel you would like (if you are  an existing customer only). If you are not a customer we will only email you if you have  requested us to do so

HOW DO WE STORE YOUR DATA?

Your electronic data is stored within the following programmes: Wix.com who manages our website -  
Google.com who host our email and our data storage  Square.com who process some of our payments
Teachable - email and name only if you have purchased an online course. 
Minimal Paper data may be stored securely in line with legal requirements at 3 Woodrolfe Farm Lane, Tollesbury, CM9 8SU

Once I have received your information, I have a Data Protection regime in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your personal data and use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
